Tensioners
Tensioning assembly is engineered to maintain proper bag tension during filtration while reducing excessive shock loads on the filter bag. The spring is a critical component of such tensioning assembly and needs to be capable of maintaining a functional tension as the dustcake builds up and increases the weight of the filter bag. In addition, the spring must control the downward thrust/force of the filter bag during the reverse air cycle to allow for efficient cleaning. Linear and Conical Springs are available for reverse air tensioning applications.
